In the cease and desist letter, it states that Brandon Curtis forbids using his name without consent and does not wish to cooperate.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><i><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">\u201cTo gain control over his name, Mr. Curtis would need to invest money or provide personal information. Even exchanging messages with the support team costs BitClout tokens,\u201d <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">\u2014<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"> the document states.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Al-Nadji was urged to stop the \u201cillegal use\u201d of the developer&#8217;s name and photo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Earlier, the media obtained <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/media-obtain-list-of-bitclout-investors-including-a16z-coinbase-and-polychain\"><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">a list of BitClout investors<\/span><\/a><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">.
