In the same period the automaker announced plans to integrate digital gold as a means of payment for its products.<br \/>\nOn February 19, Musk called Tesla&#8217;s investments in the primary cryptocurrency <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/elon-musk-calls-teslas-bitcoin-investment-quite-risky\">&#8220;quite risky&#8221;<\/a>. The billionaire hinted that it was not his decision.<br \/>\nAccording to analysts from Wedbush Securities, Tesla&#8217;s unrealized gains from investments in digital gold <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-investment-proved-more-profitable-for-tesla-than-ev-sales\">proved higher<\/a> than from selling electric vehicles in 2020.
