It remains unclear whether it will take the form of an initial public offering (IPO) or a direct listing, in which no new shares are issued and existing shareholders&#8217; shares are sold.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Earlier, sources told CNBC<\/span> <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2021\/03\/05\/robinhood-chooses-the-nasdaq-for-its-ipo-sources-say.html\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\"><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">CNBC<\/span><\/a><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"> that Robinhood&#8217;s securities would be listed on Nasdaq.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Last year, following its Series G round, Robinhood <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-friendly-robinhood-platforms-valuation-reaches-11-7-billion\"><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">surpassed $11 billion<\/span><\/a><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">.
