Presumably, this refers to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/accessibility-and-traceability-how-the-bank-of-russia-sees-the-digital-ruble\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the Bank of Russia&#8217;s proposal<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for issuing the digital ruble.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe plan to launch our own digital currency. Costs will be reduced, and the ability to enter into smart contracts will be simplified.
