Russian Binance users have reported that for several weeks they have been unable to withdraw funds to ruble cards. The exchange cites technical reasons.<\/p>\n

The platform is working on integrating a new fiat gateway, but the timetable for restoring ruble withdrawals is unclear.<\/p>\n
\n“The integration process is taking a long time. We will publish a separate notice as soon as the function for direct ruble withdrawals to cards is restored,” said Binance representatives in a comment to ForkLog.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
They noted that rubles can be withdrawn through the Payeer and Advcash systems.<\/p>\n
The support desk advised users to use the P2P platform, though that option is not suitable for everyone.<\/p>\n
Binance added ruble support in October 2019 in partnership with Advcash. In December of the same year ruble trading pairs appeared on the platform.<\/p>\n
In February 2020 Binance opened the ability to buy cryptocurrencies with a Visa card for rubles.<\/p>\n
In September 2020 Roskomnadzor notified the exchange of inclusion in the register of banned sites<\/a>, but by January 2021 the court overturned this decision<\/a>.<\/p>\n
Earlier, Ukrainian monobank suspended accepting SEPA payments from Binance due to a ban by foreign intermediary banks<\/a>.<\/p>\n
