In most of these cameras&#8217; systems, access is possible without a username and password or by guessing a default password.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to data from the Internet of Things search engine Shodan.io, Russia ranks fifth in the number of cameras with open IPs. Other countries in the top five are Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea and the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Russia occupies <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/ledger-data-leaked-online-malware-masquerading-as-cyberpunk-2077-and-other-cybersecurity-developments\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">third place in the total number of surveillance cameras<\/span><\/a> in the world. In total, Russia has 13.5 million cameras installed, researchers counted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Earlier in the dark web, access to all cameras of Moscow&#8217;s city surveillance system was sold.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most cameras are equipped with facial recognition technology.
