At the time of writing, the top bid had reached $2.5 million. Dorsey pledged <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/jack-dorsey-to-donate-proceeds-from-first-tweet-sale-to-charity\">to donate<\/a> the proceeds to charity.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, an NFT copy of Banksy&#8217;s burned painting titled <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/nft-copy-of-burned-banksy-painting-sells-for-228-eth\">\u201cMorons\u201d<\/a> went under the hammer for 228.69 ETH.
