The corresponding <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1665650\/000121390021014251\/s131030-fwp.htm\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener\\\">documents<\/a> have been submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The instrument includes securities of MicroStrategy, Square, PayPal, Riot Blockchain, Nvidia, AMD, TSMC, Intercontinental Exchange, CME Group, Overstock, and Silvergate.<\/p>\n<p>The largest share in the basket, amounting to 20%, is allotted to MicroStrategy securities.<\/p>\n<p>JPMorgan stressed that the new product is not linked to any particular cryptocurrency and may not correlate with movements in the digital-asset market.<\/p>\n<p>Investors will gain exposure to the instrument through [simple_tooltip content=&#8217;\u0446\u0435\u043d\u043d\u0430\u044f \u0431\u0443\u043c\u0430\u0433\u0430, \u0434\u043e\u0445\u043e\u0434\u043d\u043e\u0441\u0442\u044c \u043a\u043e\u0442\u043e\u0440\u043e\u0439 \u043f\u0440\u0438\u0432\u044f\u0437\u0430\u043d\u0430 \u043a \u0446\u0435\u043d\u0435 \u043d\u0435\u043a\u043e\u0442\u043e\u0440\u043e\u0433\u043e \u0431\u0430\u0437\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0433\u043e \u0430\u043a\u0442\u0438\u0432\u0430&#8217;]structured notes[\/simple_tooltip]. Returns will be calculated based on valuations of the companies in the basket, net of a 1.5% fee.<\/p>\n<p class=\\\"p1\\\">The minimum investment will be $1,000, with the notes maturing in May 2022.<\/p>\n<p>JPMorgan will price the notes on March 26 and launch the product around March 31.<\/p>\n<p>In late 2020, MicroStrategy <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/microstrategy-invests-another-15-million-in-bitcoin\">converted<\/a> part of its free capital into Bitcoin.
