This was announced on the <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/www.timecoinprotocol.com\/sale\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">project site<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>TimeCoinProtocol is developing decentralized applications for the sharing economy on the Ethereum blockchain. The team has launched two apps: the esports platform <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/esportstars.jp\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">eSportStars<\/a> and the freelancers&#8217; marketplace <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/www.timeticket.jp\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">TimeTicket<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In November 2020, the project conducted an IEO on the BitForex crypto exchange. During the IEO, TimeCoinProtocol sold TMCN at $0.7. After the token sale, the token price rose to $11, and in February 2021 it reached an all-time high of $8,500 <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/www.bitforex.com\/en\/spot\/tmcn_btc\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">on BitForex<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>TimeCoinProtocol is conducting the TMCN token sale in two rounds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>15 February \u2013 30 April 2021<\/strong>. The project will sell 5 million TMCN at 0.00004 BTC. The discount will be 93% of the token&#8217;s current market value;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1\u201331 May 2021<\/strong>. TimeCoinProtocol will sell 5 million TMCN at 0.00009 BTC. The discount will be 85% of the token&#8217;s current market value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Masato Kakamu, the Chief Executive Officer of TimeTicket, noted that TimeCoinProtocol is selling TMCN at an 80-90% discount to build a sustainable tokenomics for the project:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;The TimeCoinProtocol team is very careful in pricing TimeCoin. We want users not to sell TimeCoin immediately, but to hold the token as a long-term investment. That is why we set such a low price for the token sales.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He added that, in the future, TimeCoinProtocol will list the token on several exchanges.<\/p>\n<p>The TMCN tokens can be purchased on the <a class=\\\"tracking_link\\\" href=\\\"https:\/\/www.timecoinprotocol.com\/sale\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">TimeCoinProtocol token sale page<\/a> via Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Tether. For buying TMCN, the TimeCoinProtocol team recommends preparing a cryptocurrency wallet, such as MetaMask.
