He previously headed its subsidiary venture fund Avon Ventures.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>The executive noted that Galaxy Digital plans to grow the team by 40% in the coming year, focusing on research and client work. According to him, the move reflects the company&#8217;s ambition to become a full-service investment bank.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cOur company will not trade ratings, as stock analysts do. We plan to share our point of view with the whole world,\u201d Thorn added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in January, Galaxy Digital <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/galaxy-digital-launches-new-unit-focused-on-bitcoin-mining\">opened a new division<\/a> for Bitcoin mining.
