The discussion considered lowering the minimum threshold for submitting governance proposals.<\/p>\n<p>On October 31, the initiative to conduct a new airdrop of 5 million UNI tokens also <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/uniswap-community-again-fails-to-reach-quorum-in-second-governance-vote-in-the-platforms-history\">did not receive a sufficient number of votes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On December 24, the third vote concluded, in which <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/uniswap-community-first-to-reach-quorum-in-the-platforms-third-ever-vote\">the proposed changes were approved for the first time<\/a>.
