This is evidenced by a filing dated February 4, 2021, in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The trading platform voluntarily withdrew the complaint, with the option to refile on the same grounds. The judge approved the decision on the same day.<\/p>\n<p>The suit was prompted by <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/forbes-binance-profits-from-us-investors-brushing-off-regulator-suspicions\">Forbes publication<\/a> allegedly about plans by the trading platform to use Binance.US to distract American regulators and extract hidden profits from users.<\/p>\n<p>The journalists claimed that a document titled &#8220;Tai Chi Education&#8221; was developed by a former employee of the exchange, Gary Zhou.<\/p>\n<p>After the article&#8217;s publication, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao stated that the facts presented were not accurate.
