Among the firms providing liquidity for the futures are BlockFi, Galaxy, Genesis, CoinShares and the New York Digital Investment Group.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmegroup.com\/trading\/ether-futures.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">information on the CME site<\/a>, settlement is based on the underlying rate of Ethereum to the US dollar.
