This is stated in a <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1840623\/000184063621000001\/xslFormDX01\/primary_doc.xml\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">notice<\/a> to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>The co-founders were Tapiero&#8217;s partners at 10T Holdings, Michael Dubyle and Stan Miroshnik. According to the filed form, the fund has already deployed $124 million.
