This view was expressed by specialists at Ark Investment Management in their <a href=\\\"https:\/\/research.ark-invest.com\/hubfs\/1_Download_Files_ARK-Invest\/White_Papers\/ARK%E2%80%93Invest_BigIdeas_2021.pdf\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener noreferrer\\\">annual report<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Increasing Bitcoin&#8217;s share to 6.5% could push the price to $500,000.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\\\"lazy\\\" decoding=\\\"async\\\" class=\\\"alignnone size-full wp-image-123535\\\" src=\\\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-406.png\\\" alt=\\\"Ark Invest outlines condition for Bitcoin to reach $500,000\\\" width=\\\"712\\\" height=\\\"528\\\" srcset=\\\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-406.png 712w, https:\/\/u1f987.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-406-300x222.png 300w\\\" sizes=\\\"auto, (max-width: 712px) 100vw, 712px\\\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>To reach such a level, it will also be enough for companies included in the S&#038;P 500 index to convert 10% of their cash reserves into digital gold, Ark Invest noted, pointing to the example <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/square-invested-50-million-in-bitcoin\">Square<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/microstrategy-to-explore-new-bitcoin-investment-opportunities\">MicroStrategy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Analysts are confident that institutional investors should pay attention to Bitcoin, as the asset \u201coffers one of the most compelling risk-reward trade-offs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIn our view, fund managers should consider the possible price of ignoring Bitcoin as part of a new asset class,\u201d they added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Based on daily asset-class returns over the past decade, analysts determined that the share of digital gold in a portfolio should range from 2.5% at minimum volatility to 6.5% to maximize profits.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Ark Invest specialists emphasised that the current rise in Bitcoin&#8217;s price is more fundamental than the 2017 rally.
