The investment products were registered by Delaware Trust Company (DTC). According to <a href=\"https:\/\/grayscale.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/GBTC-Fact-Sheet-October-2019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">documents<\/a>, DTC is Grayscale&#8217;s legal representative in the state.<\/p>\n<p>According to media reports, on December 22 the company <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/grayscale-poised-to-launch-chainlink-and-tezos-based-investment-trusts\">submitted applications<\/a> to register five new trusts based on Chainlink, Tezos, Basic Attention Token, Decentraland and Livepeer.<\/p>\n<p>Grayscale CEO Michael Sonnenshein, in a comment to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblockcrypto.com\/linked\/92191\/grayscale-trust-incorporation-chainlink-tezos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Block<\/a>, noted that filing an application does not necessarily imply that an investment product will appear on the market.
