According to him, one of Tatneft&#8217;s problems is excess energy capacity.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;In mining, the main cost item \u2014 more than 85% \u2014 is electricity. One can diversify production and mine not only oil, but also cryptocurrency. For the company this could become another growth point and bring additional profit,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>Kiramov has already registered the project in the automated system &#8216;Edison&#8217; and intends to participate in its implementation.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>More than 50 young professionals took part in the forum. Tatneft selected the top six projects that it is ready to implement.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>In October 2020, the Russian industrial mining operator BitCluster opened <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitcluster-opens-mining-centre-on-nornickel-site\">a major data center<\/a> at the site of the closed NorNickel plant in Norilsk.
