It was submitted by Valkyrie Digital Assets, according to information on the agency&#8217;s site.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Form_S-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Form S-1<\/a> filed on January 22, the Delaware-based unit of Valkyrie Investments intends to launch a fund that will hold physical bitcoins.
