This was stated in a joint statement.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The companies terminated the agreement after <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/us-justice-department-flags-risks-in-visas-planned-acquisition-of-plaid\">the DOJ lawsuit<\/a> in November 2020.
