He concluded this after analyzing the structure of the outputs using the blockchain-analytics tool OXT.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u00abCoinbase probably bought private keys from an early miner. On December 28, the community <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/unknown-mover-shifted-1000-btc-that-had-lain-dormant-since-2010\">noticed the fifth in a series of similar transactions<\/a> in recent times.<\/p>\n<p>A similar movement of early 1,000 BTC split into 10 coins <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/unknown-actor-moved-1000-bitcoins-that-had-lain-dormant-for-10-years\">recorded in October<\/a>. At the start of this month, an unknown user <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/unknown-user-moved-50-btc-mined-a-decade-ago\">moved 50 BTC<\/a> that had lain unmoved since 2010.<\/p>\n<p>A similar episode occurred in July.<\/p>\n<p>In May, 50 bitcoins, awarded for the block mined on February 9, 2009, moved. The network of the first cryptocurrency had been operating for only one month at that time. One of the miners at the time was the creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto.
