Novogratz described bitcoin&#8217;s reaction to FinCEN&#8217;s proposal to <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/us-treasury-proposes-verifying-users-of-bitcoin-wallets\">verify users<\/a> of non-custodial wallets.<\/p>\n<p>The head of the crypto bank criticized FinCEN&#8217;s decision to limit the discussion of the new proposal to 15 days.
