The decision of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-sdfl\/pr\/defendant-sentenced-25-million-diamond-ponzi-scheme\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\\\">\u0433\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0440\u0438\u0442\u0441\u044f \u0432 \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0441\u0441-\u0440\u0435\u043b\u0438\u0437\u0435<\/a> by the Justice Department.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/us-charges-argyle-coin-founder-with-25-million-fraud\"> charged<\/a> Aman in September 2020. According to authorities, the offenders offered investments in uncut diamonds, which they allegedly cut and sold at a markup. A portion of clients&#8217; funds was used to pay interest to early participants.<\/p>\n<p>The Argyle Coin project was created to sustain the scheme. Aman claimed that the token was backed by diamonds.
