Over time the size of the penalty will return to 1 ETH.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-conversation=\"none\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Slashing penalties are designed to be lenient for isolated offences like these.
