Media suggested that this involved the exchange&#8217;s founder Star Xu, but representatives denied this.<\/p>\n<p>On November 19, the exchange <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/okex-announces-date-for-resumption-of-withdrawals\">promised<\/a> to restore withdrawals by November 27, 2020.
