The TradeArabia portal <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tradearabia.com\/news\/BANK_375299.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>IBC purchased 21,984 ETH through the Canadian institutional-grade staking service CanETH.
