We\u2019ve posted the details on our blog: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/d9fbwOydJQ\">https:\/\/t.co\/d9fbwOydJQ<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 BitMEX (@BitMEX) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BitMEX\/status\/1314119257123442689?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 8, 2020<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Two defendants in the suit, Arthur Hayes and Samuel Reed, stepped down from the posts of CEO and CTO of the exchange operator 100x Group, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Vivien Ku, who had held the position of chief operating officer, will become interim CEO.<\/p>\n<p>According to the statement, Hayes, Reed, and another co-founder of the exchange, Ben Delo, will not hold any positions in the company. Greg Dwyer, head of business development, will take a leave of absence.
