They will receive four months\u2019 severance pay and health insurance for six months. Those who stay automatically agree to the new rules.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cLife is too short to work for a company you don\u2019t like,\u201d Armstrong noted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Head of Coinbase announced the changes a few days earlier.
