Foundry has been among the first to tackle this problem.<\/p>\n<p>According to the statement, the subsidiary of Digital Currency Group previously <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/riot-blockchain-to-buy-another-5100-bitcoin-miners-from-bitmain-for-11-2-million\">provided miners<\/a> with \u201ctens of millions\u201d to finance purchases of mining equipment.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThanks to the work of Foundry and the financial support of our end customers, we were able to ship a significant number of devices to North America this year,\u201d said Su Ke, Global Sales and Marketing Director for Antminer at Bitmain.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He added that the company hopes for close cooperation with Foundry to attract even more customers.<\/p>\n<p>Bitmain noted that North America is rapidly becoming the \u201cepicentre of Bitcoin mining.\u201d This is evidenced by the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/riot-blockchain-to-buy-another-5100-bitcoin-miners-from-bitmain-for-11-2-million\">deal<\/a> for Antminer S19 Pro with Riot Blockchain for $28.8 million, and <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitmain-to-supply-us-listed-marathon-patent-group-with-asic-miners-for-23-million\">a contract<\/a> for $23 million with Marathon Patent Group, the statement says.<\/p>\n<p>Back in 2021, Bitmain co-founder Micree Zhang <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitmain-co-founder-announces-sale-of-5nm-chip-miners\">announced<\/a> the sale of miners based on 5-nm chips, with shipments beginning in January 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Subscribe to Forklog news on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/forklog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"> Facebook<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bitmain, the miner manufacturer, announced the expansion of its partnership with Foundry, formerly a subsidiary of Barry Silbert&#8217;s Digital Currency Group.
