This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2020-09-03\/swiss-canton-takes-taxes-in-bitcoin-as-crypto-goes-mainstream\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bloomberg<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>A local cryptocurrency broker, Bitcoin Suisse, is taking part in the project. It will convert BTC and ETH into Swiss francs for the tax authorities.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cTax calculations using cryptocurrency will be available to both companies and individuals up to CHF 100,000 (about $109,000),\u201d the Zug administration clarified.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>In January 2020, the authorities of the Swiss town of Zermatt, with the participation of Bitcoin Suisse, launched a similar project.
