Nevertheless, customers report that they are doing so using a VPN. For the same reasons, FREE2EX users in Belarus may experience delays when contacting customer support,<\/span> he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">In Belarus, the internet has not been fully functioning for several days.
