In July, the total trading volume on decentralized exchanges (DEX) reached more than $4.3 billion, markedly higher than in previous months. Data from <\/span>The Block<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compared with June, DEX trading volume rose by 174%.<\/p>\n

Largely leading the field is the decentralized exchange Uniswap, accounting for 41% of total trading volume. The second-largest by volume was Curve.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to<\/span> Dune Analytics<\/span><\/a>, turnover on DEX rose by 10% over the past week. The daily trading volume at the time of writing stood above $<\/span>239 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

In June, turnover on DEX stood at $1.6 billion, and the non-custodial exchange Uniswap by trading volume surpassed<\/a> Gemini, Poloniex and Binance US combined.<\/span><\/p>\n
