The revamped team will concentrate on three main areas:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>scaling Ethereum&#8217;s base layer;<\/li>\n<li>expanding <span data-descr=\"large binary object\" class=\"old_tooltip\">BLOB<\/span> space as a key element of the data availability strategy;<\/li>\n<li>improving user experience (UX).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The reorganization follows prolonged criticism of the Foundation&#8217;s strategic direction and management decisions. Many in the Ethereum community are concerned that if current technical issues persist, the platform may lose its industry-leading position. In response to these challenges, the organization had previously <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/leadership-changes-announced-at-ethereum-foundation\">changed its leadership<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\n<cite>\u201cThe changes announced today mark a departure from our previous work format.
