This approach aims to minimize fraud risks.<\/p>\n<p>Finlay linked the potential launch to changes in the regulatory environment. In his view, under the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump, there will be &#8220;more secure options for token issuance.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>However, he stressed that securities laws remain in effect, and many projects still operate in a &#8220;grey area.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>The idea of a token has been discussed since 2021.
