In January, the company was valued at $2.5 billion after raising $105 million. <\/p>\n<p>The sharp increase in the startup&#8217;s valuation is linked to a rise in annual revenue. It has become one of the fastest-growing firms in the software sector.<\/p>\n<p>Cursor is in demand due to its AI-based software development tools. According to its creators, nearly a billion lines of code are generated daily using it.<\/p>\n<p>Programmers can use natural language to instruct the AI instead of manually writing scripts, enhancing productivity. <\/p>\n<p>In 2022, Alameda invested $200,000 in Anysphere during its seed round, but FTX liquidators sold the stake.
