This metric shows the percentage of days over the past 12 months when the asset&#8217;s volatility was lower than current values.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deribit.com\/statistics\/BTC\/volatility-index\/\">Deribit<\/a>, the IV index currently stands at 51.22, having reached a peak of 71.28 at the end of January.
