Securities worth $5.42 billion remain available for issuance and sale.<\/p>\n<p>As of January 20, MicroStrategy increased its bitcoin reserves to 461,000 BTC. Since August 2020, the company has invested $29.3 billion in the leading cryptocurrency, with an average purchase price of $63,610 per coin.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing, the price of digital gold exceeded $105,000 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coingecko.com\/\">CoinGecko<\/a>). In December, MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/michael-saylor-advocates-for-continued-bitcoin-investment-urges-us-to-follow-suit\">stated<\/a> that the firm would &#8220;continue buying bitcoin &#8216;at the highs&#8217; forever.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Analysts at JPMorgan noted that the company&#8217;s strategy of accumulating cryptocurrency on its balance sheet has <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/jpmorgan-miners-emulate-microstrategys-bitcoin-strategy\">begun to be copied<\/a> by public miners.
