In the first, the user generates a signature with the amount to be transferred. After the transaction, unspent assets are returned to the second account.<\/p>\n<p>With each operation, Winternitz Vault creates a new vault and closes the old one. This keeps the keys of the user\u2019s main account with funds undisclosed.<\/p>\n<p>In March 2024, Vitalik Buterin <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/vitalik-buterin-proposes-quantum-resistant-strategy-for-ethereum\">proposed<\/a> a way to protect Ethereum from this technology.<\/p>\n<p>In October, several experts <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/experts-downplay-quantum-threat-to-cryptocurrencies\">said<\/a> the quantum threat to cryptocurrencies is overstated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Solana developers have built a quantum\u2011resistant on\u2011chain vault to shield users from the potential threat posed by ultra\u2011fast computation.
