Analysts at Arkham Intelligence noted this activity. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">??????: ?? ?????????? ?????? ??????? ??????? ?? ???? ???? ??????????? ??? $???.<\/p>\n<p>$20M in USDC, USDT, aUSDC and ETH has been suspiciously moved from a USG-linked address 0xc9E6E51C7dA9FF1198fdC5b3369EfeDA9b19C34c to\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/UXn1atE1Wx\">pic.twitter.com\/UXn1atE1Wx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Arkham (@ArkhamIntel) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ArkhamIntel\/status\/1849537146861859120?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 24, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>According to their data, the hacker transferred to <a href=\"https:\/\/platform.arkhamintelligence.com\/explorer\/address\/0x3486eE700CcaF3E2F9C5eC9730a2e916a4740A9f\">one of their addresses<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>13.6 million aUSDC;<\/li>\n<li>5.44 million USDC;<\/li>\n<li>1.12 million USDT;<\/li>\n<li>177,892 ETH. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the time of writing, the wallet holds assets valued at $13.1 million. The perpetrator has moved some funds to other addresses and begun exchanging them for ETH. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe believe the perpetrator has already started laundering the proceeds through suspicious addresses linked to a money laundering service,\u201d Arkham noted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>On-chain detective ZachXBT <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/investigations\/172\">identified<\/a> two more addresses belonging to the perpetrator, which currently hold <a href=\"https:\/\/platform.arkhamintelligence.com\/explorer\/address\/0x15D0a31eD5050ED8DEcD3c101AaeE0b2Ad2e6441\">$5.4 million<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/platform.arkhamintelligence.com\/explorer\/address\/0xBf6F7c503E858AdeD4e18Ce2bcF93846Fd726C15\">$1.36 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The mentioned government wallet previously received funds linked to Bitfinex hackers. At that time, US authorities moved $922 million. <\/p>\n<p>In February 2022, US authorities announced the arrest of 34-year-old Ilya Lichtenstein and 31-year-old Heather Morgan, involved in the platform hack, and the seizure of $3.6 billion in bitcoins.
