He used the Strike payment app, based on the Lightning Network. The bar utilized the <span data-descr=\"an app that allows businesses to accept Bitcoin and fiat currencies\" class=\"old_tooltip\">Zaprite<\/span> service for payment processing.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cA former president, a potential future president, this is a real coming of age for the Bitcoin community,\u201d commented another PubKey co-founder, Thomas Pacchia.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He added that this was Trump&#8217;s first use of Bitcoin for purchasing goods or services.
