Over 10.5 years, the value increased 92-fold.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in March, an unknown entity sold 1000 BTC mined in 2010, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-whale-cashes-out-1000-btc-from-2010\">earning approximately $68 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Later, a group of 80 wallets <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/dormant-wallets-move-2353-btc-after-eight-years\">moved 2352.62 BTC<\/a> worth over $163 million. They had been inactive for eight years.<\/p>\n<p>In the same month, a nearly 12-year dormant address <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/dormant-bitcoin-address-awakens-after-12-years-moves-35-million\">transferred all its 500 BTC<\/a>, valued at nearly $35 million.<\/p>\n<p>Back in January, analysts at CryptoQuant <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/dormant-bitcoin-worth-2-1-billion-moves-after-five-years\">highlighted the movement<\/a> of 49,866 BTC that had been dormant for over five years.
