Amazon’s revamped Alexa voice assistant will be powered by Anthropic’s AI model, Claude, according to Reuters<\/a>, citing sources.<\/p>\n

The launch of the new Alexa version is scheduled for October. The company opted for a third-party AI provider due to issues with its own neural network, which took six to seven seconds to confirm a request and respond, the agency notes. Claude proved more efficient than Amazon’s in-house models.<\/p>\n
