This move would lay the groundwork for a potential <span data-descr=\"initial public offering\" class=\"old_tooltip\">IPO<\/span>. In February, OpenAI <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/openai-concludes-share-sale-valued-at-86-billion\">concluded<\/a> a private share sale valued at $86 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Such a transition would enable the company to generate profit while still pursuing its original goal of contributing to the public good.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe remain focused on creating artificial intelligence that benefits everyone.
