This step is necessary for launching trading products following the <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/sec-approves-spot-ethereum-etfs-key-developments\">approval<\/a> of 19b-4 applications.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview, Gensler emphasized that crypto firms engage in activities not permitted for traditional exchanges by law.<\/p>\n<p>The official warned that <span data-descr=\"centralized exchanges\" class=\"old_tooltip\">CEX<\/span> disclosing risk information are not immune from the agency&#8217;s enforcement actions. The SEC will take this step if it detects signs of market manipulation, he noted.<\/p>\n<p>The Commission&#8217;s chairman lamented that most cryptocurrency companies still do not publish data about their operations.<\/p>\n<p>Analysts at Bernstein <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bernstein-analysts-predict-ethereum-surge-to-6600-with-etf-approval\">predicted<\/a> a rise in Ethereum to $6600 if the ETF is approved.
