(@ZetaMarkets) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ZetaMarkets\/status\/1777710932308750697?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 9, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The airdrop represents 10% of the total issuance of 1 billion coins.<\/p>\n<p>The airdrop distribution will be as follows:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5% \u2014 to traders based on Z-Score points;<\/li>\n<li>1% \u2014 to users who are also members of &#8220;strategic communities&#8221; on Solana;<\/li>\n<li>4% \u2014 reserved for Z stakers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zeta&#8217;s founder, Tristan Frizza, told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/287305\/solana-zeta-markets-z-token-launch-airdrop\">The Block<\/a> that the token launch is expected in May. A snapshot will be taken in the coming weeks, with opportunities to earn points still available.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the team has received several listing proposals for Z and is currently conducting <span data-descr=\"the procedure of forming an objective view of an investment object\" class=\"old_tooltip\">due diligence<\/span> with &#8220;several leading exchanges.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The project also plans to allocate 30% of the total tokens to maker and taker incentive programs to ensure liquidity on the platform.<\/p>\n<p>According to Frizza, Zeta&#8217;s venture investors hold approximately 17.5% of the future Z tokens. These assets are subject to a three-year vesting period with a one-year cliff.<\/p>\n<p>As outlined in the roadmap presented in March, the airdrop will be the first step towards transferring project governance to the community.
