Over seven days, coins like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coingecko.com\/en\/coins\/shiba-inu\">SHIB<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coingecko.com\/en\/coins\/pepe\">PEPE<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coingecko.com\/en\/coins\/floki\">FLOKI<\/a> rose in price by 35%, 30%, and 95%, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/defillama.com\/dexs\/chains\/ethereum\">DeFi Llama<\/a>, trading volumes on decentralized Ethereum exchanges simultaneously jumped by 40% to $20 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Analysts added that due to the fee-burning mechanism, the supply of ETH decreased by 33,000 ETH (~$125 million) this week.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWhile this is positive for Ethereum holders, on the other hand, the average transaction fee on the mainnet this week was $28, making the network unsuitable for many users,\u201d added IntoTheBlock.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Experts predict a reduction in fees in L2 solutions following the Dencun upgrade, scheduled for <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/ethereum-developers-set-date-for-dencun-upgrade-on-mainnet\">March 13<\/a>.
