Their support helped attract funds from other major companies. Initially, Figure sought $500 million.<\/p>\n<p>In May 2023, the AI startup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/technology\/ai-startup-figure-raises-70-million-build-humanoid-robots-2023-05-24\/\">raised<\/a> $70 million, with a valuation of $400 million.<\/p>\n<p>Back in December, Tesla developed a new prototype of the humanoid robot Tesla Optimus, which is lighter and faster than previous versions.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2024, the AI and robotics-focused company 1X <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/android-manufacturer-1x-secures-100-million-in-funding\">secured $100 million<\/a>.
