This was reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/276712\/do-kwons-extradition-revoked-again-granted-appeal-by-montenegro-court\">The Block<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In December, the court had already rejected the initial verdict, which was contested once more.<\/p>\n<p>The court deemed the extradition requests from the US and Korea legally unfounded, as the procedure for such requests is not defined.<\/p>\n<p>On March 23, Montenegrin police arrested Kwon and former Terraform CFO Han Chang-Joon while attempting to fly from Podgorica airport to Dubai using fake passports.<\/p>\n<p>Joon was extradited to South Korea.
